We take every reasonable step to protect your personal information. All information you provide to us via the channels, websites and services listed below is stored on secure servers or in the case of paper, in secured filing which is kept locked.   No payment data is stored by us. 


We don’t keep information for longer than it is legitimately useful or as we are required to by law or regulation.


Under what circumstances would we disclose any personal data?

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.  We will not pass your information on to third parties without your permission unless we are obliged to e.g. by law or regulation, to assist the emergency services or as required to by our insurers.


What access do I have to the information you hold about me?

What are your rights?

You have the right to change your mind and ask us to no longer hold or process your personal data – also known as the “right to be forgotten”.  You can also exercise this right at any time also by contacting us by e-mail to the contact addresses below.  We will remove and destroy all information we hold unless we are required to maintain records by law or for legal purposes.


However, where we have access to data held on third party sites, that you have authorised us to access, it is your responsibility to remove this access and any data they hold if required.  If you do so please be aware that this may impact our ability to complete the contract we have with you.
